Bozhena is CMF Director at AVATR and a globally recognized design leader.

For the past six years, she has been pivotal in building the brand from the ground up, establishing Color, Material & Finish as a core pillar of AVATR’s premium identity. She leads international CMF teams across Asia and Europe, shaping a design language that defines the brand’s positioning and future vision.

Previously, Bozhena was Head of CMF at Genesis in Seoul, where she helped create the brand from inception and positioned it as a leader in progressive luxury. Earlier, at Mercedes-Benz, she contributed to flagship production models and advanced show cars exploring the future of luxury mobility.

She holds a Master’s in Textile Design from Reutlingen University, with additional studies at the Academy of Fine Arts Stuttgart.

With a proven record in building brands, leading global teams, and merging creativity with strategic innovation, Bozhena continues to shape the future of CMF design.
