Linda holds a Master of Industrial Design (300hp) from Lund University, Sweden, with a specialization in usability (2004). Her career spans 20 years across two major industries: 10 years in mobile phones and 10 years in heavy trucks. She began as an usability specialist and continued in Design Management and Product Planning, including an expat assignment in Taiwan during the mobile phone industry’s expansion (2007–2008). 

After relocating to Stockholm and joining Huawei in 2009, she transitioned to the heavy vehicle sector in 2014, starting as a Senior Ergonomics Specialist at Scania. Since then, she has held senior and managerial roles in R&D (Cab and Electrical/Electronics) and Technology Research. From 2020 to 2025, she led Scania’s Industrial Design and HMI section, managing 56 employees and over 100 consultants. 

Her core competencies include strategic scenario planning, navigating complex priorities, and building strong professional networks. She is recognized for her persistent optimism and creativity in leadership and design.
