Philipp is responsible for leading People & Organisation at Kia Europe’s Design Center, working with design leadership to establish modern people management practices, build development frameworks, and introduce new processes that support creativity and collaboration. 

After studying in Germany and the UK, he earned his Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Manchester Metropolitan University.

After six years in the tech industry at Apple, he joined Kia Europe in 2022 and, after just six months, transitioned to the Design Center to take on the lead function.

His role focuses on partnering with Design Teams and Management to create structures and growth opportunities that help teams thrive in a fast-moving, innovative design environment.
