Raphael travels the world with a singular question in mind: What will the nature of knowledge work look like in five or ten years? Each year, he visits more than 100 companies, startups, universities, and research institutions across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. He shares his insights and experiences on stages at conferences, festivals, and events in over 20 countries annually.
Knowledge work is undergoing the greatest transformation in its short history, forcing organizations to design the future while navigating the present. Where will we work tomorrow, with whom, how – and above all, on what? These are the questions that drive him every day.
Known for his insatiable curiosity and provocative perspective, Raphael often challenges conventional thinking. When not on the road, he lives with his family on a small farm near Regensburg, surrounded by horses, ponies, cats, dogs, and a youth community – grounded in nature while thinking far ahead.
