Sandra is an accomplished executive in the mobility industry with 25 years of international experience in strategic leadership, business transformation and innovation management. 

She joined Pininfarina Deutschland as Senior Vice President of Business Development in October 2023, was promoted to COO in April 2024, and became Managing Director in April 2025. 

Her career started at BMW in Munich, where she spent two decades in international leadership roles spanning Finance, Strategy, Sales and Business Development across Germany, Austria, Italy and global markets. In 2020, she moved to SAP SE as Global Vice President of Business Development for Automotive and Industrial Machinery and Components. In May 2021, she co-founded AnAttitude, serving as Co-CEO with a focus on digital transformation, innovative business models, and the evolution of the automotive industry. She also held key roles at AUTODOC, joining the Supervisory Board in August 2021, stepping in as Co-CEO in October 2022, and returning to the board in October 2023. 

As CEO of Pininfarina Deutschland, Sandra is focused on strengthening business development, enhancing operational efficiency and shaping the company’s strategic direction. She leads its vision to shape the future of mobility through cutting-edge design and engineering, driving initiatives for sustainable growth and innovation. Known for her ability to foster strong collaboration across cultures and disciplines, she brings a deep understanding of technology, customer behavior and emerging trends to every challenge.
