Trained as a classic men’s tailor, Heiko began his career with a strong foundation in craftsmanship and precision.

After completing his tailoring education, Heiko chose to deepen his knowledge by returning to study, expanding his perspective beyond traditional fashion. This path led him into the sports industry, where he spent many years in a variety of roles, gaining valuable cross-functional experience in performance, lifestyle, and product innovation.

Eventually, Heiko returned to his roots in premium fashion, working with luxury bags and accessories – merging traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design.

Today, Heiko brings this diverse background to his role as Vice President of Design and Innovation at PUMA, where he helps shape the future of sport and style.
